My Approach
Therapeutic Dual-Action Rationale: Dermal pathology, particularly in higher Fitzpatrick phototypes, cannot be successfully treated with topical mono-therapy alone. Epidermal hyperpigmentation and inflammatory acne are surface manifestations of vascular and cellular signaling events. My treatment approach pairs pharmacological barrier modulation with systemic down-regulation of pro-inflammatory pathways (NF-kB) and up-regulation of endogenous antioxidant enzymes (Nrf2) via targeted botanical decoction.
